They have a large selection of beers on tap and a great tapas menu. The vibe is inviting classy and trendy and its filled to the brim with hipsters. Although the vibe was nearly killed by the fact that we had to sit on and eat off wooden crates. The ratio of tables and chairs to diners is a little out of balance but we made do.
Wooden crate seats..
We started with a jug of delicious cider, it was quite an involved drink and I can't remember everything that went in.
Cider jug being made
Our Cider! The teeny bottle has honey sweetener as the drink can be a little dry.
Our glasses with pink grapefruit garnish!
Apple and Balsamic marinated olives with chili and rosemary. Sautéed chorizo with lemon
The octopus salad.. We were both unsure about the texture and taste. We didn't eat too much of this.
Hand cut chips with Romesco Sauce.
I enjoyed this bar and I will probably go back at a quieter time so I could chill on the couch with my cider.
