The Outings of May

I went to Five bar with my friend Maree, its one of my favourite places to take friends because its heaving with hipsters and great for people watching. The decor is very unique with wooden crates and cushions to sit on at the back of the bar, or huge tables which are made for sharing and conversatin. Comfy couches are also placed sporatically throughout the bar, making it an easy place for a quiet drink or a nice way to indulge in a meal with friends. Also, the food is amazing! We went on a Tuesday night when they had a special on for Pork Belly and Cider.

The meal did not dissappoint! It was a delicious as it looks!!

The beautiful mural on the back wall

Stables Bar for Stephs Birthday
I loved Stables Bar, I found it to be warm, cosy and inviting. The bar takes its name from the historic use of the building as one of Perths original horse stables. It barely feels like youre right in the middle of the city, until you go up to the second level bar to see all the city skyscrapers appear.

Stable Summer Cup, to be shared between four

I had the twice cooked pork scotch, chimi churri, white cabbage salad

I loved the terrarium centre peices, beautiful but they didnt hinder the conversation.
